Wendelin was developed for typically Austrian conditions. In the early morning on a rock hard slope, then a detour onto the crusted snow, and in the afternoon over slushy moguls into the valley. The more difficult the slope, the more comfortable the torsionally stiff all-rounder feels.
And the fact that the average width of 108 mm also provides the necessary lift on wonderful powder days is really no disadvantage.
