MAG. DOMINIC HAFFNER
Dominic is ultimately responsible for all technical aspects of the company. These include product development, quality management and production. His special strength is his power of innovation, which is best expressed in the company’s research activities.
Dominic was the driving force behind Ünique Skis from the outset. The fact that a ski factory exists in Vienna today is all down to his boundless enthusiasm and carefree nature. What he lacks in structure, he makes up for with genius.

CHRISTOPH GRATZER
Christoph has supported Ünique Skis from day one. He understood the company’s philosophy long before the founders and is responsible for the firm’s look. Christoph’s greatest strength is in mastering the balancing act between artistic performance and practicability. His biggest weakness is that he doesn’t ski.

CLEMENS FRANKL, MA
Clemens is the managing director and thus responsible for the optimal deployment of all resources. As a ski builder from the very beginning, he understands both the technical and commercial challenges of the company.
On the one hand, the critical generalist is the mouthpiece of Ünique Skis and considers it his most important task to direct the enthusiasm of the individual people into productive channels. What he lacks in genius, he makes up for with structure.

DIPL.-ING. GERNOT PÖCHGRABER
Gernot has a wide range of tasks and talents. Ultimately, these come together to deliver perfectly coordinated products.
As a professional ski tester, he is responsible for product testing. As an industrial engineer, he optimises the production process. And as a trained ski trainer and former racer, he performs the skiing style analyses for our customers.

SEBASTIAN OTTO, MSc
Sebastian heads up production at Ünique Skis. He ensures that every single ski is produced in the best-possible quality and on time.
Sebastian supported the company while studying for his degree and created finite element calculations for our skis as part of his master’s thesis.

MAG. CHRISTIAN PANGERL
Christian has been building snowboards for a good decade and has immense knowledge in the fields of material technology and composite fibre construction. Christian owes his knowledge to his ability to focus on research and to his seemingly infinite capacity for absorbing information. It is almost impossible to believe that Christian can’t find the right solution to a problem.

DIPL.-ING. BERNHARD KOHLHAUSER
Bernhard’s commitment underscores the scientific claim of Ünique Skis. The technical chemist and materials scientist is in charge of optimising all the materials used in the skis.
When he isn’t in the lab, he is probably out on a ski tour.
